A storage tank needed a new valve station and a connection into the existing pipe rack.

The valves went on adjustable stands and we levelled them before anything was fixed. We did not tack until the run was straight and the flange faces were parallel.

Some of the joints are welded, the rest are flanged and bolted. The spools went in between them.

The work front sat under temporary cover, with the plant live around it.
