Welding services

A weld is only as good as the paperwork behind it. We weld structural steel and piping systems in TIG, MIG and semi-automatic processes, under an ISO 3834 quality system. The welders hold current qualifications and the procedure is approved before the first arc is struck.

  • TIG (141) for piping, root runs and stainless work
  • MIG (131) and semi-automatic MAG (135) for structural steel and fill passes
  • Structural steel, pressure retaining piping and pipe supports
  • Welder qualifications to EN ISO 9606, verified before mobilisation
  • WPS and WPQR to EN ISO 15614, written for the project standard
  • Welding coordination and traceability under ISO 3834
